Fraud Policy

The perpetration of fraud by employees of the company is a serious offence and carries the consequences of summary dismissal and criminal conviction. 

• Perpetrators of fraud are to be prosecuted on each and every case, irrespective of the quantum involved and every effort will be made to obtain a prosecution.

•  Recovery from perpetrators of amounts embezzled will not prevent pursuance of a conviction. 

• Acknowledgements of debt or any similar documents or admissions will not be accepted in lieu of Pronoia Trade pursuing a conviction. 

These convictions will not only act as a deterrent for others, but also serve to maintain the integrity of the organization and the reputation of its employees.
